Article 1.-empowering the Director of logistics |! | of the army, the General Director of services of the |! | Navy and the Commander of the logistics command of the |! | Air force to carry out, on behalf of the Treasury, |! | acquisitions of corporal and incorporeal goods |! | furniture and hire or agreed services, to title |! | free or against payment, in the form established by the law |! | base on administrative supply contracts |! | and provision of services. May also alienate |! | corporeal property and incorporeal furniture either title |! | free or onerous and conclude contracts of |! | lease, bailment or otherwise allowing the use or |! | enjoyment of such property by the institution |! | corresponding.
For the purposes of the provisions of subsection |! | previous may celebrate and sign contracts |! | appropriate, stipulating that clauses in them |! | necessary, whether they are referred to its essence, |! | nature or which are accidental.
The donations carried out these institutions, |! | may only refer to goods excluded or removed from the |! | service.
