Article 1.-Introducense the following modifications to the law N ° 18.605, constitutional organic of the regional councils for development.
1 replace in article 3 ° third paragraph, the word "seven" for "ten";
2 Add the following second paragraph to article 16: "the members of the Council representing the private sector, must give account to their respective estates at least once a year." 4. replace the second paragraph of article 27 by the following: ' the Council shall meet in regular public sessions at least once a month. Extraordinary assignments may be public or private and they will be only those matters set out in the call for proposals. ';
5 added to article 30, the following second paragraph: 'Should there be discrepancies between the Mayor and the Regional Council of development on the occasion of the statement on the matters referred to in the preceding paragraph, prevail the proposition of the Council provided that this insistiere with a majority of two-thirds of the total number of its members.', 6-Sustituyse article 37 with the following : "Article 37.-the development plans for the region must comply with the policies and national development plans.".
