THE THIRD COURT OF LETTERS OF THE WORK OF SAN MIGUEL, CREATES THE SECOND COURT OF LETTERS WITH A SEAT IN TALAGANTE AND MODIFIES THE JURISDICTIONAL TERRITORY OF THE COURTS THAT INDICATES Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the Bill: Article 1.-Transfer to Santiago the Third Court of Letters of Labor of San Miguel, created by the article 1 ° of Law No. 18,752, not installed, the one that will become known as the Ninth Court of Letters of Labor. Article 2 °.-This court will have the plant of personnel established in article 2 ° of Law No. 18,752, with the location on the Scale of Salaries Monthly Bases of the Judicial Branch that in it is pointed out. Article 3.-Amend Article 384 of the Labour Code, in the form indicated: (a) In the third subparagraph, replace the "three" rule by "two", and replace the phrase "First, Second and Third Court of Letters of Work", by " First and (b) In the fourth paragraph, replace the guardom "eight" with "nine", and replace the phrase "First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Court of Letters of Labor", for " First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Trial of Labor Letters. " Article 4.-Create a Second Court of Letters, with common competence, with a seat in the commune of Talagante and with jurisdiction over the communes of the Province of Talagante.
