National Congress has given its approval to the following Bill: " Single article.-Staff that the National Service of Minor contracts to be carried out in those establishments whose administration is to assume directly or provisionally, in accordance with their organic law and their regulations, shall constitute additional provision of the Service and shall not be considered for the purposes of the the effects of determining the limit laid down in the second indent of Article 9 (2) of Law No 18.834, on Administrative Staff Regulations. The recruitment of such staff must be previously authorised by the Budget Directorate and will be financed by reallocation of resources from its budget.
