"Article 1.-grant is a grant, earmarked for the readjustment of the coal industry, of character compensatory and declining, companies that exploit and sold or processed and sold coal to final consumers, under the terms, amount, fees and conditions that are listed in the following items."
This grant shall remain in force for a period of three years from the date of entry into force of this law.
It will be granted subsidies to the coal companies requesting it to the National Energy Commission according to the procedure established by the regulation. Such request shall be accompanied by the plan of reforms referred to in article 7 of this law.
To be eligible to receive the subsidy, the companies must prove, at least two continuous years of operations, at the time of the benefit request.
The subsidy may impetrar by the sales from the first day of the month that the request presented to the National Commission of energy is approved.
