AMEND ARTICLES 84,138 AND 139 OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE LAW NO. 19.204 Having regard to the fact that the National Congress has given its approval to the following Draft Law: " Single article.-Please introduce the following amendments to the Code of Procedure. Criminal proceedings: 1.-Amend Article 84 (5) as follows: (a) Replace the words 'signs of poisoning or other or simple crime' for signs of a crime or simple crime '. (b) Add the following second indent: "The complaint made by one of the obligors in this issue exempts the rest." 2.-Add the following sentence to the end of the first paragraph of Article 138: " The complaint must state the status of the of the patient, describe the external signs of the lesions and include the exposure to the person concerned, or the persons who have led him, about the origin of the lesions and the place and state in which they were found. " 3.-Attaché Article 139 of the following final indent: " The description of the injuries contained in the complaint to Article 138 of the Treaty provides for sufficient evidence to prove the existence of minor or less serious injuries, when the date on which they were caused and the date on which the medical examination prescribed by the Commission is carried out. (a) a number of days has elapsed which has caused the signs and effects of the injury to disappear.
