"Article 1.-Introducense the following modifications in the law No. 19,353: 1." In article 1: to) wiggle past no. 1, after the word "natural", deleting the semicolon (;) that follows, the following: "or communities exclusively by natural persons;".
(b) added to the end of the second paragraph of number 5, replacing the separate dot (.), comma (,), the following sentence: "including those that are in default in relation to the agreements signed pursuant to the law Nº 18.337.".
(c) add the following final new subsection: "donation referred to in the preceding paragraph must be made within the fatal period of one hundred and eighty days, counted from the date that Treasury service informs the applicant that its application complies with the requirements set out in this law to qualify for the benefit.".
2. replace article 2 ° by the following: 'article 2. The same benefit referred to in the preceding article shall also extend a: to) agrarian reform cooperatives;
(b) the family agricultural societies;
(c) companies incorporated in accordance with article 1 of Decree Law No. 2.247, 1978;
(d) the societies of workers referred to in article 6 of law No. 19.118;
(e) companies incorporated by former settlers;
((f) hereditary successions of cause which, having right to qualify for the benefits of this law, died subsequent to December 31, 1992, and g) corporations, foundations and other organizations that have acquired plots of land reform and which are intended for sporting, educational, social or community purposes.
The benefit will be granted to the entities identified in the letters to), c), d) and e) whenever the share capital thereof belongs in 60%, at least, to the original partners, children or relatives of these up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity, inclusive, and to people who meet the requirements to be described as small farmers or peasants , pursuant to the law Nº 18.910.
Family agricultural societies means those constituted before the 31 December 1992 exclusively by the recipient or his successors in the domain to any title, with spouse or relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity, or by these relatives with spouse or without it.
Beneficiaries referred to in the subparagraph first of this article must also comply with the requirements referred to in numbers 2, 3 and 5 of the preceding article.
The agricultural and livestock service shall certify compliance with the requirements referred to in this article. "."
3. replace, in the second paragraph of article 3 the word "final" by "third".
4 repealed article 4.
