("Article 1.-Introducense the following modifications to the mining code: 1) amending article 17 as follows: insert the following paragraph third, again, your number 1.-, replacing the semicolon (;) that ends the second subparagraph by a point apart (..):"Before granting the permission to execute mine workings within a city or town, the Governor must hear the respective Regional Ministerial Secretary of housing and urban development;";.
