The same right shall have the contractor with respect to its subcontractors.
In any case, the owner of the work, company or slaughter, or the contractor in the case, can pay by subrogation to the worker or creditor pension institution.
The amount and status of compliance with labour and social security obligations referred to in subparagraph first of this article, may be accredited by certificates issued by the inspection of the respective work.
The Directorate of labour shall bring to the knowledge of the owner of the work, company or slaughter, infringements to labour law or social security are involved in the audits that practice to their contractors or subcontractors. Equal obligation will be to contractors, with respect to their subcontractors. ".".
