National Congress has |! |given its approval to the following Bill: '' Single article.- Replace article 1 of Law No 19,590 by the following: " Article 1.-Without prejudice to the legal rules on the matter, in the acts or contracts intended to transfer, for consideration or free of charge, the domain of plots, sites or rights on common goods resulting from the process of land reform or on the basis of their promise, (a) in the case of agricultural cooperatives or cooperatives, such as those incorporated in accordance with Article 1 (1) of Decree Law No 2.247 of 1978, shall be made in accordance with Article 1 (1) of Regulation (EEC) No 2072/86. separate form each of the goods and rights included in the act or contract and their respective price or value. ' Transitional Article.-Declared, by the sole ministry of the law, the vice of nullity which may be derived from the infringement of the provisions of the original text of article 1 of Law No 19,590 and which affects the acts and contracts held prior to the date of publication of this legal body.
