REGULARIZA SITUATION OF BUILDINGS INDICATING Having present that the H. National Congress has given its approval to the following Bill: " Article 1.-Repeal the Law No. 12.666 and declare the Foundation of Historical Commemoration dissolved. O ' Higgins. Transfer to the illustrious municipality of Chillán Viejo all the goods, rights and obligations of the Bernardo O ' Higgins Historical Commemoration Foundation, which will consist of an inventory approved by the municipal decree of that Municipality. The buildings that are transferred will maintain their destination of Parque Monumental in honor of the memory of the Liberator General Bernardo O ' Higgins Riquelme. The corresponding Real Estate Conservative shall register them in the name of the beneficiary, on the basis of a written request from its mayor. The transfer of these goods shall be exempt from taxes and duties. Article 2.-Authorize the Institute of Normative Standardization, in its capacity as the legal successor of the former Retirement Fund and Social Welfare of the State Railways, to transfer free of charge, in the terms set out in Article 5. Transfer, for free, to the Metropolitan Technological University, the tax building located in the commune of Santiago, Calle Eighteen Nº 161, registered in favor of the Fiscus 36, No. 53, in the Property Registry of the Conservative Property Roots of Santiago, corresponding to the year 1899, whose deslindes, according to its primitive title, are as follows: To the east, house of the lords Urzúa, Calle Eighteen in the middle; to the west, street of Castro; to the south, with don Ramon Vial, and to the north, street in the middle, with the house of Don Eduardo Cuevas. The current dislinds are as follows: North, Vidaurre Street, 126.00 meters; South, University Residence of the Catholic University at 111.00 meters and rest of the property of Sergio Campos, in 14.50 meters; East, Calle Eighteen, in 31 meters, and West, land expropriated to route North-South Avenue, today Colonel Pantoja Street, in 30.50 meters. The beneficiary institution shall allocate the building for the fulfilment of its own purposes. The Real Estate Conservative of Santiago will register the domain in the name of the beneficiary.
