"Article 1.-granted amnesty to all drivers of motor vehicles which, at the date of publication of this law, have been denounced for violations or infringements to traffic laws on the basis of an evidentiary element produced by any team record of offences, unless they have given rise to a traffic accident." This amnesty will be extended, also owners of motor vehicles when, in the same circumstances, falls upon them the subsidiary responsibility, which includes article 175 of the transit law.
If the respective process has shouldered enforceable judgment which has given rise to an annotation on the national register of drivers of motor vehicles or in the register of fines of transit not paid, this shall delete it ex officio. Without limiting the foregoing, the interested party may request registration the Elimination of the annotation, with the only merit of the certificate, upon oral or written request, extend him the local police court certifying the fact of being benefited by the amnesty referred to in subsection first.
