The owner, lessee or occupier to any title of a unit can only be made within this facilities of gas or ventilation appliances, injectors or extractors that alter the movement and circulation of air masses, through the person or entity authorized by the Superintendency of electricity and fuels, and previous communication to the administrator or to whom do their times.
If the owner, lessee or occupier to any title of a unit does not comply with the stipulated in this article shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of article 32. ".".
