"Sole article.-Intercalanse, in article 177 of the labour code, the following third, fourth, fifth and sixth subparagraphs, new, becoming current paragraphs third and fourth sub-paragraphs seventh and eighth, respectively:"in the dismissal of a worker on any of the grounds referred to in the fifth paragraph of article 162, the Ministers of faith, prior to the ratification of the settlement by the worker " they must require the employer certifying them, using certificates from the competent bodies or with copies of the respective forms of payment that have been complied with full payment of all contributions for pensions, health and unemployment insurance funds if applicable, up to the last day of the month prior to the dismissal.
