The bodies referred to in the preceding paragraph, at the request of the employer or who represent you, must issue a document known as a "Certificate of quotes social security paid", which should contain the contributions that would have been paid by the respective employer during the employment relationship with the worker affected, certificate which must be put at the disposal of the employer immediately or at the latest within a period of 3 working days from the date of receipt of the request. However, in the case of health quotes, if the employment relationship had extended for more than one year certificate shall be limited to 12 months prior to the dismissal.
If there are unpaid contributions, the required organism will not issue the requested certificate, and must inform the employer about the period which correspond the unpaid obligations and indicate the current amount of them, whereas adjustments, interest and penalties that apply.
If the certificates issued by the social security agencies do not consider the month immediately prior to the dismissal, these quotes can register with copies of the respective monthly payment. ".".
