LAW NO. 19,899 AMENDS LAW Nº 19,848 ON RESCHEDULING OF DEBTS TO THE FUNDS OF SOLIDARITY CREDIT Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the following Bill: " Single article.-Modify the following Articles of Law No 19,848: 1) In Article 2, replace the expression 'within the following 60 days from the publication in the Official Journal of the Regulation referred to in Article 14' by the expression ' before 30 June September 2003 ". (2) In Article 4 (3), the following sentence is added: "whichever is greater", followed and the following sentence "The debtor may make such payment up to four monthly instalments during the year 2003". 3) In the third indent of Article 4, remove the last part of the paragraph, from the expression ", and subscribe a promissory note". 4) Add the following fourth, new, article 4, to the current fourth indent to be fifth: " The debtor must also subscribe a promissory note to account for his new debt. The balance shall be paid up to ten equal and successive annual instalments, expressed in monthly tax units. ' 5), following Article 13, the following Article 13a, new: " Article 13a.-Interpretation of Article 15 ° (2) (2) (2) of Law No 19.287, in the sense that the payroll of the defaulting debtors of the solidarity funds of university credit is public, without the application of the provisions laid down in Law No 19,812.
