The regulations shall determine the form of selection and appointment, the requirements, disabilities, incompatibilities and obligations that will be subject to peer reviewers in the exercise of that function. "."
(b) Intercalanse, in article 70, then the current third paragraph which has come to be sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth, following subparagraphs new: "education professionals that are evaluated with unsatisfactory performance, must undergo new assessment the following year in accordance with plans of professional development to be determined by the regulations. The teacher will undergo the following year to a third evaluation. If the performance at an unsatisfactory level is maintained in the third consecutive annual assessment, professional education will no longer belong to the teaching provided.
A regulation, which shall be given within the period of 120 days from the date of publication of this law in the official journal, shall establish the composition and functions of community assessment teacher committees, which will be integrated, at least, by the head of the Department of Municipal Education Administration or the Director of the respective Municipal Corporation and the evaluators pairs of corresponding commune; set procedures, periodicity, deadlines and the other technical aspects of the system of teaching evaluation and professional development plans that professionals in education with basic and unsatisfactory results; must be subject and objective standards allowing education professionals, the respective municipalities and educational institutions management teams taking detailed knowledge of evaluation.
Also, the rules shall lay down procedures for the contemplated remedies in law, allowing education professionals exercise their right of appeal with respect to the results of the evaluation. "."
((c) replace the letter f) article 72 by the following: "f) by application of the seventh paragraph of article 70".
(d) replacements, at the end of the second paragraph of article 73, the words "lower-rated" by the words "under evaluation".
