Manipulation includes all transportation or operation support burden whose uprising, placement, pushing, pulling, porte or displacement requires physical effort of one or more workers.
Article 211 - G.-the employer shall ensure that in the Organization of the work proper, especially mechanical, media are used in order to avoid the usual manual handling of loads.
Also, the employer will endeavour to worker who is concerned in the manual handling of loads to receive a satisfactory training, with regard to the working methods to be used, in order to protect their health.
Article 211 - H.-If manual handling is inevitable and mechanical AIDS may not be used, that it is operating with loads exceeding 50 kg will not be allowed.
Article 211 - I.-it is forbidden the operations of loading and manual unloading for pregnant women.
Article 211 - J.-children under 18 years and women may not take, transport, loading, drag or push manually, and without mechanical aid, exceeding 20 kg load. "."
