Article 1.-Introducense the following modifications in the labour code: 1. replace article 66 with the following: "article 66.-in the case of death of a child, as well as the spouse's death, every worker is entitled to seven calendar days of paid, additional permit at the annual holiday, regardless of the time of service."
Same permission applies for three working days in the case of death of a child in gestation period as well as the death of the father or mother of the worker.
These permissions should be effective from the date of the respective death. However, for a fetal death, permission will be effective from the moment of register the death with the respective fetal death certificate.
Worker he referred first will enjoy labor jurisdiction by a month, from the respective death. However, for workers whose labour contracts are fixed-term or by work or specific service, immunity protected them only during the term of the respective contract if this is less than a month, without requiring request its removal at the end of each one of them.
The days of permission enshrined in this article may not be compensated for in money. "."
2.-Introducense the following modifications in article 195: to) delete the expression "without prejudice to the permission under article 66".
