Sole article.-Introducense the following modifications in the Act No. 18.700, constitutional organic on popular votes and ballots: 1. in article 61: to) replace the third subparagraph by the following: "However, persons with a disability that prevents them from or makes it difficult to exercise the right to vote, may be accompanied to the table by another person who is of age , and will be empowered to choose to be assisted in the Act of voting. If in doubt regarding the nature of the disability of the voters, the President will consult with members to make their final decision. "."

(b) add the following final paragraph: "in the event that they choose to be assisted, persons with disabilities shall communicate verbally, sign language or writing to the Chairman of the Board, that a person of trust, greater age and without distinction of sex, will enter her Chamber of secrets, failing him or anyone else to impede or hinder the exercise of the right to be assisted.
