Sole article.-Introducense following amendments to the labour code: 1. modify article 25, as the following: to) replaced the first paragraph by the following: "article 25.-the ordinary workday of staff of chauffeurs and auxiliary of long-distance collective locomotion, of interurban transport services of passengers and which to perform on-board railway" It will be 180 hours per month. In the case of drivers and assistants of the long-distance public transportation and intercity passenger transport services, breaks on board or ashore and waits time matching them to meet between work shifts without performing work, will not be attributable to the day and their remuneration or compensation shall be subject to the agreement of the parties. (b) delete, in the fourth paragraph, the phrase "or of long-distance terrestrial vehicles".
(c) in the fifth subparagraph, delete the expression "or truck", and replace the word "those" for "him".
2. Add the following article 25 bis, new: "article 25 bis.-the regular working time of drivers of long-distance terrestrial vehicles, shall not exceed 180 hours per month, which may not be distributed in less than 21 days. The time of breaks on board or ashore and waits on board or in the work place that corresponds to them will not be attributable to the day, and their remuneration or compensation shall be subject to the agreement of the parties. The basis of calculation for payment of waiting times, may not be less than the respective proportion of 1.5 minimum monthly income. However, waiting times may not exceed a maximum of eighty-eight hours per month.
The worker must have a minimum uninterrupted rest for eight hours in every twenty-four hours.
In any case the worker can handle more than five hours, after which you must have a rest whose minimum duration is two hours. In cases of less than five hours continuous driving the driver shall be entitled, at the end of it, to a rest whose minimum duration shall be twenty-four minutes per hour led. In any case, this obligation will be fulfilled in the next enabled place in which the vehicle can be stopped, without impeding the public thoroughfare. The truck must have a bunk bed suitable for rest, provided that this is done totally or partially on board one. "."
3. incorporate the following 26 bis, new article: "article 26 bis.-staff who performs as chauffeur or Assistant of collective rural passenger transport services shall be governed by the preceding article.
