Sole article.-Introducense following amendments in the labour code: 1) replaced the literal to) article 42, by the following: 'a) salary or base pay, which is the stipend mandatory and fixed, money, paid for the same, certain periods in the contract, which the worker receives for the provision of their services in a regular workday, without prejudice to the above in the second paragraph of article 10. The salary may not be less than a minimum monthly income. Exempted of day workers are exceptions to this standard. Without prejudice to the provisions of the second paragraph of article 22, it shall be presumed that the worker is fond of day compliance when it should register by any means and at any time of the day entry or exit to work, either when the employer made discounts by arrears that commits the worker. Likewise, it shall be presumed that the worker is affection the day ordinary, when the employer, through a hierarchical superior, pursues a supervision or control direct on the form and opportunity in which tasks are developed and functional, meaning that there is no such functionality when the worker only gives results of their efforts and are reported sporadically, especially in the case of developing its work in different regions of the address of the employer.
