Article 1.-any spouse or the spouse of a current civil union agreement, regardless of the existing regime between them, shall be entitled to represent the spouse or civil partner debtor in execution of all acts and all the contracts that apply to renegotiate, repactar or novar credits earned for the financing of dwellings whose acquisition or construction has been funded in whole or in part, by the State through its housing programs. These effects, will not require the attendance of the other spouse or civil partner, neither permission nor justice, for the Constitution, reserve or extinction of mortgages and charges aimed at bailing obligations that apply under renegotiation, renegotiation or novation.
