LAW NO. 20,346 CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM IN THE AREA OF MUNICIPAL ASSOCIATIONS Having regard to the fact that the National Congress has given its approval to the following Draft Constitutional Reform: " Single Article.-Replace the sixth paragraph of the article. 118 of the Political Constitution of the Republic for the following: " The municipalities may be associated with each other in accordance with the respective constitutional organic law, and these associations may enjoy legal personality in private law. They may also constitute or integrate private non-profit corporations or foundations whose object is the promotion and dissemination of art, culture and sport, or the promotion of works of communal and productive development. The municipal participation in them shall be governed by the aforementioned constitutional organic law. ". And because I have had to approve and sanction it; therefore, promulgate, take effect as the Law of the Republic and have its provisions incorporated into the Political Constitution of the Republic, in accordance with the provisions of the Article 129 of this constitutional body.
