NO. 20.487 GRANTS EXTRAORDINARY PROMOTION TO THE STAFF OF THE CARABINEROS AS A POSTHUMOUS RECOGNITION. Having regard to the fact that the National Congress has given its approval to the following, Bill: " Article 1.-Enter the following amendments to Article 29 of Law No. 18.961, Constitutional Organic of Carabineros of Chile: 1.
