"Article 1.-grant, from December 1, 2012, a realignment of 5% to the remuneration, allowances, benefits and other remuneration in money, tax for health care and pensions, or non-taxable, of public sector workers, including professionals governed by law N ° 15.076 and the staff of the law N ° 19.297-supplementary agreement."
