LAW NO. 20,644 CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM ESTABLISHING A TRANSITIONAL MECHANISM FOR THE ELECTION OF REGIONAL COUNCILORS Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the following draft Constitutional Reform Bill: "Article unique.-In the Political Constitution of the Republic, the following provision is made for the following twenty-sixth transitional provision:" TWENTY-sixth.
