"Article 1.-establish a bonus for voluntary retirement, with the conditions that are later designated, for municipal officers governed by title II of the Decree Law No. 3.551, 1980, and by law No. 18.883, which sets the administrative status of the officials municipal, that in the period from January 1, 2011 and June 30 of the year 2014" both dates inclusive, fulfilled 60 years of age if they are 65 years of age or women if they are men, and cease in their acceptance of voluntary surrender charges, in relation to the respective municipal office, within the time limits referred to in this law and on or before March 31, 2015.
Ages required for impetrar the bonus referred to in the preceding paragraph may be lowered in the cases and situations referred to in article 68 bis of Decree Law No. 3,500 of 1980, same grounds, procedure and time computable.
Officials that to use the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall submit a certificate granted by the Social Security Institute or the pension funds administrator, as applicable, which shows the situation indicated in article 68 bis of Decree Law No. 3,500 of 1980. Referral certificate must indicate that the official meets the necessary requirements to obtain a reduction of the legal age for retirement for old age, in any scheme pension, by qualified as heavy work and for which has been made the quote, article 17 bis of Decree Law No. 3,500 of 1980, or certificate of recovery anticipated bond of recognition for heavy duty during the affiliation to the old system in accordance with the third subparagraph of article 12 transitional of this same decree-law, as appropriate.
Equally, will have access to the bonus referred to in subsection first this article, municipal officials who obtain or have obtained between January 1, 2011 and March 31, 2015, both dates inclusive, the disability pension that establishes the Decree Law No. 3,500 of 1980, have ceased or cease in their functions by declaration of vacancy by health unrecoverable or incompatible with the performance of the charge provided that in this period, they have fulfilled or met ages required by subparagraph first of this article to impetrar the benefit.
