LAW NO. 20,673 AMENDS LAW NO. 19,451 REGARDING THE DETERMINATION OF THOSE WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED ORGAN DONORS Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the following bill, originating in a motion of the Ladies and gentlemen, Victor Torres, Enrique Accorsi, Jorge Burgos, Juan Luis Castro, Javier Macaya, Manuel Monsalve, Marco Antonio Núñez, Alberto Robles, Karla Rubilar, and Matias Walker Bill: " Single article.-Enter the following amendments in law No. 19.451, which establishes rules on transplantation and donation of (1) Reposition Article 22a by the following: " Article 2 ° bis.-Persons whose state of health so requires shall have the right to be the recipient of organs.
