II. officers and officials who met 65 or 60 years of age, respectively, between the date of publication of this law and on June 30, 2014, must communicate its decision to voluntarily renounce his position within the first quarter of 2014, stating the date that will be neglect of it, which may not exceed March 31, 2015.
However, officials who are in any of the situations referred to in this letter may submit his voluntary resignation in charge in any of the periods referred to in the numerals above, fixing on the same occasion the date that will be dereliction of the charge, which may not exceed March 31, 2015.
(c) bonus that corresponds to the official will not be affect to months decreased which has the ninth article of the law Nº19.882.
(d) the maximum limit of compensation to be considered for the calculation of the allowance established in the fourth subparagraph of the seventh article of the law Nº19.882 will be 100 units of promotion.
(e) staff who meet the requirements set out in this article, do not apply during the periods indicated in this law, and therefore does not make use of the benefits granted are, means that you irrevocably waive to these and will be subject to the rules laid down in title II of the Act Nº19.882.
(f) in all that is not inconsistent with this Act, shall apply the provisions of title II of the Act Nº19.882.
