Have ten or more years of service continued in the Senate " in the Chamber of deputies or the library of Congress, as appropriate.

(b) meet or have met, between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2014, 60 years of age if they are women, 65 years of age or, if they are men.

(c) voluntarily renounce their positions within the period referred to in article 2.

The amount of the bonus for voluntary retirement will amount to a month of taxable remuneration for each year of continuous service in the Senate, the Chamber of deputies or the library of the National Congress, with a maximum of eleven months.

Compensation that will serve as a basis for the calculation of the bonus withdrawal will be the average of the monthly taxable remuneration of the last twelve months prior to removal.
