LAW NO. 20.763 READJUSTS THE AMOUNT OF THE MONTHLY MINIMUM INCOME, THE FAMILY AND MATERNAL ALLOWANCE AND THE FAMILY ALLOWANCE, FOR THE PERIODS INDICATED. " Article 1.-Elevate, from July 1, 2014, from $210,000 to $225,000 the amount of the minimum monthly income for workers over 18 years of age and up to 65 years of age. As of July 1, 2015, that amount will be $241,000 and, as of January 1, 2016, will be worth $250,000. Raise, from July 1, 2014, from $156,770 to $167,968 the amount of minimum monthly income for workers over 65 years of age and for workers under 18 years of age. This minimum income will amount to $179,912, to be counted from July 1, 2015 and to $186,631, to be counted from January 1, 2016. Raise, to count from July 1, 2014, the amount of the minimum monthly income that is employed for non-remuneration purposes, from $135,463 to $145,139. This value will be raised to $155,460 to be counted from July 1, 2015 and to $161,265, to be counted from January 1, 2016. Article 2.-Reposition article 1 of Law No. 18,987 by the following: " Article 1.-The family and maternal allowance of the System of Family Benefits, regulated by the decree with force of law Nº150, 1982, of the Ministry of the Labor and Social Security, will have for the years that the following values are indicated, according to the monthly income of the beneficiary: 1.-To count from July 1, 2014: a) Of $9,242 per load, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income does not exceed $236,094. b) Of $5,672 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income exceeds $236,094 and does not exceed $344,840. c) $1,793 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income exceeds $344,840 and does not exceed $537,834. (d) Persons who are accredited or who credit family charges and whose monthly income is greater than $537,834 shall not be entitled to the allocations referred to in this Article. 2.-To count from July 1, 2015: a) Of $9,899 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income does not exceed $252,882. b) $6,075 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income exceeds $252,882 and does not exceed $369,362. c) $1,920 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income exceeds $369,362 and does not exceed $576,080. (d) Persons who are accredited or who credit family charges and whose monthly income is greater than $576,080 shall not be entitled to the allocations referred to in this Article. 3.-To count from January 1, 2016: a) Of $10,269 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income does not exceed $262,326. b) Of $6,302 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income exceeds $262,326 and does not exceed $383,156. c) $1,992 per charge, for those beneficiaries whose monthly income exceeds $383,156 and does not exceed $597,593. (d) Persons who are accredited or who credit family charges and whose monthly income is greater than $597,593 shall not be entitled to the allocations referred to in this Article. Without prejudice to the provisions of the foregoing paragraph, contracts, agreements or other instruments that provide benefits for these workers shall remain in full force. Such members and their respective persons shall maintain their quality of such effects for the other purposes which they have in law. The beneficiaries referred to in Article 2 (f) of the said decree with force of law No 150, and those who are in receipt of unemployment benefit, shall be understood to be included in the group of beneficiaries indicated in each of the letters. (a) in the first subparagraph. '; Article 3.-Set the family allowance provided for in Article 1 of Law No 18.020 in the following values for the years indicated in the following table: DATE VALUE BENEFIT FAMILY TO COUNT FROM JULY 1, 2014 $ 9.242 TO COUNT FROM JULY 1, 2015 $9,899 TO COUNT FROM JANUARY 1, 2016 $10,269 Article 4º.-The largest expense that the application of this law represents in the year 2014 will be financed from the resources of the Public Treasury, and in the years 2015 and 2016 the resources will be provided in the respective laws of budgets.
