LAW NO. 20.784 AMENDS THE STATUTE OF THE PERSONNEL OF THE CARABINEROS DE CHILE, IN ORDER TO CREATE A NEW INSTANCE FOR THE QUALIFICATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF ITS STAFF OF INSTITUTIONAL APPOINTMENT Having present that the H. National Congress has given its approval of the following bill: " Single article.-Please introduce the following amendments to Article 20 (B) of the Staff Regulations of the Chilean Carabinieri Staff, contained in the decree with force of law Nº2, 1968, of the Ministry of Health of the Interior, whose consolidated, coordinated and systematized text was set by the supreme decree Nº412, 1992, of the Ministry of National Defense: 1) Replace in the numeral 1) the conjunction "and" with the comma preceding it, by a semicolon; 2) Replace in the numeral 2) the separate point by a comma, followed by the conjunction "and", and 3) Add the following numeral 3): "3) Honorable Superior Board of Appeals." Transitional Article.-Within the 180-day period, counted since the publication of this law, the appropriate adjustments shall be made to the application of this legal body in the regulatory texts of the Carabineros of Chile.
