"Article 1.-staff not academic from the State universities that perceive the benefit compensation of article 9 of the law Nº20.374 and is affiliated to the pension scheme established in the Decree Law Nº3.500, of 1980, quoting having quoted in such a system, will be entitled to an additional 395 units of building, fiscal Manager bonus" , provided that it meets the other requirements set forth in the following paragraph.
Staff scholar pointed out in the preceding paragraph shall have no right to the additional bonus that serve as their positions as plant or contract; that you have served in any of those qualities for a period not less than ten years, the date of the resignation, continuous or discontinuous, in the universities of the State; between 1 January 2012 and until December 31, 2014, both dates inclusive, fulfilled reaches 65 years of age if they are men and, in the case of women, has met or comply with 60 years of age, and to submit its waiver within the time limits that are listed in the following article.
For purposes of computation of seniority referred to in the preceding paragraph, shall be considered as the years served in quality of contract fees at the University of the State if the official, the date of publication of this law in the official journal, have five or more years of service immediately prior to such date as a continuous plant positions or contract in the universities of the State.
Staff not academic referred to in this article, which avails the benefits of this law, may lower the required ages for impetrar the designated additional bonus in the second paragraph of this article and of article 9 of the law Nº20.374 compensatory benefit, cases and situations referred to in article 68 bis of Decree Law Nº3.500 , 1980, by equal grounds, procedures and Computable times.
