"Sole article.-Introducense the following modifications in law Nº 19.928, on promotion of the Chilean music."
(1) Agreganse, in article 15, the following third, fourth, fifth and sixth subparagraphs: "without prejudice to the provisions of subsection first, radio stations that operate concessions of broadcasting, in its daily programming should at least issue one-fifth (20%), national music out of the total of issued songs, distributed during the working day of every radio transmission" , unless you accumulate more than half of the total emission of the music at night, i.e. from 22:00 to 06:00.
In compliance with the obligation imposed in the preceding subparagraphs, the stations may include programmes of dissemination of music or other cultural expressions, composers, artists, or indigenous creators as set out in articles 1 and 7 of law No. 19.253.
((The percentage of national music to that referred to in the preceding subparagraphs, at least twenty-five percent (25%) should be for a: a) compositions or musical performances emerging, understanding as such those recorded on phonograms in the past three years from the date of the radio broadcast, or b) compositions and interpretations of identifying regional or local, according to the concession area.
The minimum percentage referred to in the preceding subparagraphs shall run total of songs or emitted musical works that constaren in the form of daily execution drawn up by each broadcaster.
(2) Insert the following articles 15 bis and 15 ter: "article 15 bis-radio station that fails to minimum percentages of emission of national music standards, statutory in the previous article, shall be punished by a fine of five to fifty monthly tax units, which will be doubled in the event of recidivism.
The judgement to be appropriate pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be dealt with according to the rules of title XI of Book III of the code of Civil procedure.
Article 15 ter-Instaurase on 4 October every year as the "day of the music and of the musicians Chilean". "."
