" Article 1.-Authorize the municipalities that |! |are indicated and by the amounts that are indicated for |! |contract, directly and independently each of them, in the Bank of the State of Chile or in other |! |credit institutions or banks, borrowings to a |! |interest not greater than the bank current and with an amortization that extinguishes the debt within a maximum period of |! |ten years.
