" Single article.-Amnesty is granted to persons convicted of electoral offences committed during the general election of Deputies and Senators held on 5 March 1961.
It also granted amnesty to persons convicted of ordinary offences or established in special laws on the day of the election referred to in the preceding subparagraph, the circumstances and motives of which, as shown by the Commission, were "are caused and unequivocally linked to situations produced on occasion and during the conduct of the electoral act."
