ARTICLE 1: Incorporate former workers of the former Ports Exploitation Service, who are currently holders of a tax retirement pension, granted under the transitional article of Law 9,741 of 9 November 1950 to the Service of the Social Insurance, as a pensioner.
In this capacity, they shall be entitled to the benefits of sickness and survivors ' insurance established by Law 10.383, organic of the Social Insurance Service, without prejudice to the maintenance of their fiscal pension, and their entitlements to family allowances and to revaluation of pensions which they currently enjoy.
For the purposes of the benefits that during the lifetime of the present law may cause the prior period during which they have received a tax pension in accordance with Law 9,741 shall be counted as an effective affiliation to the Insurance Service It is not necessary to make any necessary impositions for that period.
The present law shall apply from the date of its publication in the Official Journal.
