Single Article.-Replace Article 3.o of Decree-Law No. 321 of 1925, by the following:
" Article 3.-Those sentenced to life imprisonment may be granted the benefit of parole once they have been twenty years old.
Those convicted of the crimes of parricide, homicide, robbery with homicide, rape or sodomy resulting in death, infanticide, and drug trafficking, may be granted the benefit of freedom if they have served two-thirds of the sentence.
Those sentenced to more than twenty years of age may be granted conditional release after they have served ten years of their sentence, and only 20 years will be fixed for this fact.
Those convicted of pilfering or cheating for more than six years may be entitled to the same benefit after three years. "
