The Government Board of the Republic of Chile has given its approval to the following Bill: Article 1.-Asciendase, by grace, to count on 22 of the June 1985, to the hierarchical grade of Gendarme Mayor, grade 12º E.U.S. to the former official of the Gendarmerie of Chile, Vigilante 1º don Héctor Valenzuela Cea, dead as a result of acts of the service, on the date indicated. Article 2.-Recognizes the appropriate montepio or heirs, of the official referred to in the previous article, the right to liquidate or reliquate, as the case may be, all the benefit of any of the pre-visionary benefits or indemnities that proceed, on the basis of the degree to which this law is granted, as from 22 June 1985. Article 3.-The greatest expense that the application of this law means, will be charged to Item 30, Previsionaries of the Party 50, Public Treasury. JOSÉ T.
