Declaration of public utility, in favor of the Municipality of Santiago, sixty i four hectares of land located on the banks of the river Mapocho, belonging to the founder of Vitacura, with the demarcations noted in the plane formed by the injeniero don Valentin Martínez. ART. 2. It is equally useful to publish all the aspects that exist in the area of land designated in the previous article i the waters that currently lie in these areas.
