ARTICLE 1. The forces of the sea during the year 1922 shall not exceed thirty to two thousand nine hundred and eighty-nine men (32,989), of whom 1,351 (1,351) shall correspond to the Jeneral officers, Higher than the Army's higher subalternates of war, seven hundred thirty (730) to Jeneral officers, superiors of the Armed Forces of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic Army; 5 thousand and ninety-six (5,196) to the baggage individuals of the Navy; ten thousand seven hundred and fifty to seven (10,757) to the conscripts of the Army; 1,200 (1,200) to the conscripts of the Navy; four hundred and thirty nine (439) to the staff of the Artillery of Costa; two hundred and ninety-five (295) to the conscripts of the Artillery of Costa; and three thousand six hundred five (3,605) to the Carabineros.
