Article 1.o Auméntanse, to be counted from January 1, 1934, by 25 percent the salaries of members and prosecutors of the Supreme Court, members and prosecutors of the Courts of Appeal, the judges of the letters of Major and Minor Cuqutee, of the judges of Minors, Labour and the Indies.
To the same extent, the salaries of the other officials of the judicial order and their dependents and of the employees of the Tribunals referred to in the preceding subparagraph, shall be as equal.
However, salaries that do not exceed 2,400 pesos per year will be increased by 50 percent; those over 2,400, but not exceeding 4,800 pesos, will be increased by 35 percent and by 30 percent higher than 4,800 pesos, which are not more than 4, 000 pesos. They exceed 6,600 pesos.
These increases will be in respect of the wages set out in the 1934 Budget Law.
The staff of the employees of the Legal Medical Service is included in this increase.
