" Single article. Please enter the following amendments to Act No. 8.569, dated September 26, 1946, which created the Pension Fund.
Add to the heading of Title III, following the phrase "Solidarity Fund", the phrase: "and the Curative Medicine Fund".
Add the following new subparagraphs to article 30:
" The Curative Medicines Fund will be formed with the following contributions:
(a) 1 per cent on salaries, wages, fixed fees, commissions and legal bonuses payable in cash, by employers;
(b) 1 per cent of the same wages, by the employees;
(c) a means per cent as a minimum and up to one per cent of the same remuneration as the Pension Fund's own salary, and
(d) 10 per cent of family allowances, by the employees receiving them.
The funds received in accordance with the preceding subparagraph shall be credited to a common account and independent of the other funds of the Fund and shall be intended to provide medical assistance to the taxable persons, their spouses and other members of their families. with the right to a family allowance, to the level of his/her availability, in a manner determined by the Board of the Fund.
They shall not apply the contributions referred to in the two preceding subparagraphs in those places where they do not reach the medical service.
The Board of Directors may, under the conditions it lays down, extend to the pensioners of the institution and their families the benefits of the Curative and Preventive Medicine, provided that they concurrently with the training of the the corresponding funds with the comtemplated contributions for employees and employers ".
