Law No. 11,542 ENACTS BILL AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF NAVY VESSELS For the Honorable National Congress has given its approval to the following Bill: Article 1.o-Authorize the President of the Republic to proceed with to put in place, separately, for public proposals which it may call for as many times as it deems necessary and which it may accept or reject in the same way, prior to the report of the Commanders in Chief of the Navy, the former Cruises 'O' Higgins ' and 'Chacabuco', the Destroyer Fighter 'Admiral Condell', the former Transport 'Magellan', the 'General Corbeta' Baquedano ' and the former pontoon N. or 1, without the weaponry and elements used for the National Navy Service. The bases and other conditions for the calling and opening of the previously mentioned public proposals will be set by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy. Copies of each of the public proposals must be sent to the Chamber of Deputies.
