" Single article. Keep the workers of the National Health Service's National Health Service Child House, Sastreria and Shoe of the National Health Service, who have been or ceased to be between 1 June and 31 December 1957, for the suppression of these workshops, an extraordinary allowance which is in the ascending order of one month's salary for every two years that they have provided services in the said establishment. Those workers who receive fractions of services in excess of one year shall be counted as two years for the purposes of the present compensation.
Such compensation shall be without prejudice to any legal or contractual rights which exist in the industries.
Expenditure on the application of this Law shall be the responsibility of the National Health Service. "
