" Article 1.o.-A 15% mandatory bonus on wages and salaries declared readable by Law No 13,305 as at 31 December 1959, in favour of employees and workers in the private sector as at 1 January of January of January 1960s were not subject to collective agreements or contracts, proceedings of avenues or arbitral awards, to which all increases in remuneration, bonuses and advances from one and other shall be charged to the adjustments that have been granted by the parties concerned. Employers or employers after January 1, 1960.
Except to determine the amount of the legal gratification, this bonus shall not be considered a salary for any purpose and shall not discontinue the entitlement to annual and three-year increases established by Article 20 of Law No 7,295.
Article 76.o of the Act No. 13.305 shall not apply to the private sector.
The bonus referred to in the first subparagraph shall be paid to employees and workers under the conditions set out in the same subparagraph, for the time they have provided or to provide services during the year 1960. Employees and workers hired after 1 January 1960 and for the time served in this year will also be paid on the same terms.
For the purposes of this Act, the staff of FAMAE and the National Oil Company shall be understood to be covered by the benefits of the first subparagraph of this article.
