Law NO. 20.984 ON CLASSIFICATION OF HEAVY LABOR AND ITS EFFECTS Having present that the National Congress has given its approval to the bill originated in motion by the Honorable Senator Juan Pablo Letelier Morel and the former senators Mr Jaime Gazmuri Mujica, Pedro Muñoz Aburto and Ricardo Núñez Muñoz, Draft Law: " Single Article.-Introduces, in Article 3 of Law No 19.404, the following amendments: 1) Add, in the fourth indent, the following: "employer," the expression ", the union." Article 2.-It shall be applicable to the jobs qualified as heavy duty prior to the entry into force of this law, the provisions of the sixth paragraph of article 3 of Law No. 19,404, incorporated by this law, to from the date of its entry into force.
