LEY NÚM. 21.630

MODIFICA LAW N° 19,712, DEL DEPORTE, FOR IMPONER INHABILITATION ABSOLUTA PERPETUA QUIENES EJERZAN FUNTIONS IN A DEPORTATION AND INCLUDED IN DELITOS

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has given its approval to this bill that originated in motion by former deputy Sebastián Keitel Bianchi, of the deputy Marisela Santibáñez Novoa and of the deputy Jaime Mulet Martínez,

Bill:

"Unique item. Add in Title III of the Law No.19.712of the Sport, following article 40 T, the following paragraph 5and the article 40 U the following tenor:

penalties applicable to those performing in a sports organization

Article 40 U.- If the conduct described in articles 287 bis, 287 ter, 463, 463 bis, 463 ter, 463 quáter, 470, numbers 1 and 11, and 473 of the Criminal Code are carried out by those who perform some type of function in a sports organization of those contemplated in this law or in the law N°20.019, which regulates the companies assigned sports professional, whatever their denomination, the penalty shall be the This penalty produces:

1. Deprivation of all charges, jobs, trades and professions exercised in sports organizations.

2. The perpetual inability to obtain positions, jobs, trades and professions in sports organizations.

In this case, once the final judgment is enforced, the court will notify the National Sports Institute."
