DENMINATION OF THE WORKERS OF THE CHILD INVESTIGATIONS POLICY

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has given its approval to the following bill that originated in motion of the Honorable Senators Luciano Cruz-Coke Carvallo, Iván Flores García, José Miguel Insulza Salinas and Matías Walker Prieto, and of the exsenator Mr.Elizalde Soto, and in motion of the Honourable Senators Manuel José Ossandón Irarhzarvic, Iván Flores García,

Bill:

Unique article.- Insert the following modifications into the Law No. 19.586which establishes plants of the Chilean Police of Investigations:

1. Modify number III, General Support Plant, letter A article 1as follows:

(a) Replace its name with the following:

"A.- Police Agents."

(b) Replace, in grades 11 and 12, the name of the employment corresponding to "Policial Assistant" by " Senior Police Officer".

(c) Replace, in grades 13, 14, 15, 16 and 18, the name of the employment corresponding to "Police Assistant" by "Police Agent".

2. Get a grip article 5o bisthe following tenor:

"Article 5o bis.- As long as a legal or regulatory rule makes reference to the charges of "Police Assistant" or "Police Assistants" of the Chilean Police Investigations Police, this will be deemed to be carried out at the charges of "Police Agent" or "Police Agents", respectively.

In the case of the officials of the grades 11 and 12 of the letter A of the number III, General Support Plant, of the article 1o, the denomination will be that of "High Police Agent" or "High Police Agents".

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
