POSPONE THE EFFECTS FOR THE SECTOR MINERO DE LAW N° 21.420, WHO REDUCE OR ELIMINA TRIBUTARY EXENTIONS THAT INDICATIVE

Bearing in mind that the H. National Congress has approved the following

Bill:

"Unique item. Replace in the first paragraph of Article 10 of the Transitional Article of Law No. 21.420, which reduces or limits tax exemptions that it indicates, the expression "transcurred one year since its publication in the Official Journal" by the phrase "as of January 1, 2024, should be considered all the deadlines set in that article to count on this date". ".

And for I have had it good to approve and punish it; therefore, promute and take it into effect as the Law of the Republic.
